About Us
Bill Clanton
Calls from debt collectors, mistakes on your credit report, getting cheated by car dealers. None of this is anything anyone asks for. When I was in law school, I got calls trying to collect a debt that I did not owe. Questions swirled. Would they report it on my credit. Would I be able to graduate and take the bar exam? What power do they have over me?
Now I help people who were in the situation I was in. Over the years my office has helped thousands of consumers who were cheated, ripped-off, and mistreated by debt collectors, credit reporting agencies, banks, credit unions, and car dealers. If you have a problem with a business being dishonest with you give me a call. I’d love to set them straight.

Favorite quote: “Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan ‘Press On!’ has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race.” Calvin Coolidge
